So #4 became an active offside player by scoring the rebound, which is an offside offence. CORRECT DECISION, HIGH confidence — the goal was rightly chalked off. Note: offside is judged against the second-last defender (the last is usually the goalkeeper). The line here is set by #9; the keeper is deeper and off-screen. #4 is ahead of #9 → offside.
